I don’t think I have ever had so many people thank me for a brand partnership until I started partnering with Blue Apron.

People thanked me at Lowe’s.

People thanked me at the ballpark.

I’ve gotten e-mails and phone calls and notes thanking me for recommending Blue Apron.

But the funny thing is….every time they thanked me….I told them I was the lucky one.  I’ve been introduced to dishes I would have never made without encouragement and step-by-step instructions and recipe cards and farm fresh ingredients.

But most of all, I wanted to thank Blue Apron for giving us our family dinner back.

The ingredients look like I just bought them at the grocery store (except even better).

Ingredients like red leaf lettuce and garlic and cucumber and onion.

And sliced provolone cheese.

This month I made Turkey Meatball Sliders.

Just between us I’ve never made meatballs before.

And I’m so happy I started.

They came out so round and yummy and dripping with melted cheese.

And the best part?

My favorite part about the whole experience?

Not only was the meal easy and simple and delicious to prepare in under 40 minutes from start to finish….

…..I had helpers.

setting the table

Helpers who gathered around once they smelled cooking going on in the kitchen.

Helpers who supervised and encouraged and couldn’t wait to take a bite….

….and set the table without even being asked.

So thanks Blue Apron.

I’m happy to report that dinner is back. 🙂

Excellent!! Not only did you get a delicious meal BUT you got some fantastic photos out of it. I am so proud of you for taking the challenge and reaping the rewards. Meal preparation doesn't always have to be a detestable chore. Le Cordon Bleu -- watch out not only can Miz KariAnne wield a paintbrush but now a knife as well, :-)

I'm a Happy customer of Blue Apron, I can't sing their praises enough! Even if you are good cooks, which my husband and myself are, this service is a life saver. At least two days a week I don't have to utter the phrase, "what do I do for dinner tonight?". Thank You Blue Apron!

Your slides look yummy! Such a nice bonus of belonging to the food club that is has your kiddos coming in to help. Makes cooking fun to have people excited about what's cooking.

We have been using Blue Apron for the past month... and love it! One thing I never expected was my husband loves to cook the Blue Apron meals. This is a guy who made packaged spaghetti with sauce from the jar and called it a meal. Now he is chopping, dicing, grating, sauteing, making pizza dough all because the ingredients and step by step recipe cards make it easy. We haven't had the same menu twice and we rate the meal by placing stars on the recipe cards. Some have been hits and some misses, but the upside is we have been able to try many different foods.

I'll join the chorus! I signed up (through you) and the service has been awesome. Easy to make delicious food and really creates a varied diet. Equally great is that you can choose to opt out for a week if you're on vacation or just going to be too busy and you can choose the meals ahead of time. Really top-notch company. Thanks again. David

I just signed up. Fingers crossed that this works for us. By dinner time my brain is fried. My daughter deserves better than what I've been making her. Thank you!!

I also signed up with Blue Apron last month and love it. I have made recipes I never would have tried. We had not been eating fish very often and I prepared a very nice cod dish last week. Everything comes to you very fresh and packaged well. If you don't care for the upcoming weeks delivery they give you options to change it to something else.

I love Blue Apron and look forward to a new box every week. I have a new appreciation for the produce section of my grocery store as well. Who knew a shallot salad would taste so incredible?

I'm so excited to receive my first order arriving on June 10. I was surprised they didn't have you fill out any type of form sharing allergies or dislikes of foods. I was also wondering if they had a plan for healthy choice meals. I guess I should investigate their website. Thanks for the discount offer.
