I have gotten so many e-mails recently about ideas for gifts for teen girls.

I wanted to respond with brilliant advice.

I wanted to share a list as long as Santa’s sleigh.

I wanted to be helpful and creative and unique and clever and amazing.

But truth?

Just between us.

Shhhhh…..

I LITERALLY HAD NO IDEA.

Good thing I have experts.

Brilliant, amazing, smart, sweet, funny, clever girls that live here at Thistlewood.

Girls that just happen to be experts on what teenage girls might want for Christmas.

And so I did what any clueless person does when looking for Christmas gift ideas…

…I asked.

And this?

This is the list that they helped me put together.

If you are shopping for a teen girl this holiday season, this is the list for you.

Put together by experts.

Number one:  This record player

Actually, they said any record player.

I just thought this one was cute.

Apparently, records are a thing.

You can find some of the cutest record players here.

(total record player aside:  You’ll never guess what records they told me they wanted:  Ella Fitzgerald.  Totally old school.)

Number Two:  Lip Stories from Sephora

The twins already have some of these.

They are such a fun gift and super inexpensive.

And a perfect stocking stuffer.

The idea behind these lipsticks is that they are there to create stories and adventures for your life.

You can see all the colors and all the stories here.

Number Three:  Daily Devotional

Both girls have this book.

It’s written by teen girls for teen girls.

They’ve read it cover to cover and are reading it again.

It’s an inexpensive gift idea that gives back all year long.

See the book here.

Number Four:  Apple Airpods

These are wireless earbuds from Apple.

The twins were all about these.

They are wireless and hands-free and keep a charge for a very long time.

You can see the earbuds here.

Number Five:  Sugar Paper Journal

This recommendation came straight from Westleigh.

She loves journals and this one is so pretty.

It’s from Sugar Paper and it matches her room.

Here’s the info on the journal.

Number Six:  To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before

I’ve read this.

The twins have both read this.

We’ve read the two sequels, too.

It just got made into a movie.

We all recommend it.

You can find the book here.

Number Seven:  Lash Next Door

This mascara is by some amazing YouTubers that the twins have been following for years.

In random news, their brother knows them and we just met them at Baylor.

Brooklyn and Bailey.

And now?

They have their own mascara.

It’s amazing.

You can find it here.

Number Eight:  Monogrammed Journal

These cute and fun monogrammed journals are the perfect stocking stuffer.

They come with their own gold pen and are super affordable.

You can find the journals here.

Number Nine:  Phone case

This is the cutest phone case.

We found them in the store with this Christmas playlist.

They had so many fun case options, but this one was their favorite.

You can see the case here.

Number 10:  This brush lettering kit

This is a great kit for beginners.

It comes with a complete guide to brush lettering.

It also includes watercolor paper and two brushes.

You can see the kit here.

Number 11:  Starbucks gift card

This was their recommendation for gift cards.

It’s perfect for date night.

Or friend night.

Or just a treat when you need it.

You can find these gift cards everywhere or order them online here.

So you probably figured out why I asked the twins to put this gift guide together.

It was to help all of you.

But truth?

It’s really here to help me.

Shhhh….

Let’s just keep my brilliance between us.

Love the list. Really good suggestions for things I was not aware of! We have a question about a young teen or tween issue. That is where to find age appropriate dresses for middle school dances. Would love your ideas.

I have an adorable granddaughter who is 10....but a serious fashionista (is that a word?). I go to Kohl;s or Penny;s and find a young clerk and they have always made good choices for me for gifting. Really, I am just clueless for girls as I have 7 grandboys. Blessings to you and yours!!

Great list! I have three daughters, 21, 20 and 15, I would also add sheet masks to the list. They would make great stocking stuffers and are inexpensive.
