Have you ever wondered where this room went?
I mean—what happens where you turn around? If you walked into this room between those two striped chairs…
…where would you be coming from?
When someone visits my house for the first time after only seeing it online they always have the same comment.
“Oh! That’s where that room went.”
I get it.
I understand.
If you are only looking at the rooms from one direction, then it can all get a little confusing.
Where’s the butler’s pantry?
Where’s that fireplace mantel she’s always showing?
Where is that hallway in relationship to the rest of the house?
So to help out, I made a virtual tour of the house for you.
And then?
I loaded it up to my home tour page (you can also see it at the end of the post).
I spent last week organizing my closets and my home tour on the blog.
Now?
It’s designed to be so much more user friendly.
All you have to do is go to the home tour page and everything is organized into categories for you.
For example, if you click on outdoor ideas and inspiration?
An entire page of thumbnails pops up now.
You can click on any of the photos to take you to the outdoor project.
Each of the thumbnails is clickable.
There’s a page just for living rooms.
You can see all the living room ideas and inspiration here.
There’s a page just for dining rooms.
You can see all the dining room ideas and inspiration here.
There’s a page just for kitchens.
You can see all the kitchen room ideas and inspiration here.
There’s a page just for laundry rooms.
You can see all the laundry room ideas and inspiration here.
There’s a page just for bedrooms.
You can see all the bedroom ideas and inspiration here.
There’s a page just for bathrooms.
You can see all the bathroom ideas and inspiration here.
Isn’t that so much better?
I’m going to keep adding more content to the pages, but for now, there’s a place for everything and everything in its place.
You should see my closets, too. 🙂
Want to see how all the rooms go together?
Here’s a little virtual tour of the house.
I took you through all the downstairs rooms—one after another.
It was so much fun, but I might have taken too much time filming everything.
You might need refreshment. 🙂

Absolutely beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing.....💜
I loved the tour and everything in the rooms so beautifully decorated BUT I wished there was a floor plan, even just a sketch, to follow along with. Your home is such an accomplishment!
❤️❤️❤️
I second the request for a sketch of your floor plan as well. It always helps me a bit to know where I am heading. Karianne, your home is gorgeous; yet the best thing of all about it is that it is most definitely a HOME, where precious memories are made as well as recalled. Thanks for always opening your heart and your home to us. And please, thank your family as well for their willingness to let you share their private places with us.
Loved your home tour! It looks like YOU!! I think I could walk into a totally different house, and if you had moved there inexplicably, I would recognize your stamp all over it! Thank you for sharing! But MUST stay off Pinterest. Until I get this book done, I have GOT to stay focused . . . Hmmm . . . I think I missed that blog about cute accent pieces . . . ;)
KariAnne, thanks for the lovely tour of your gorgeous home! You have put so much time into putting this tour together! Just love all your décor! You have done such a fabulous job in decorating each room. You are so blessed to be living in your childhood home with all the precious memories and making all those new "precious" memories with your family. You always share your beautiful heart with us no matter what your day may bring. You are precious in God's eyes -- and in ours! We will never cease to thank God for YOU, KariAnne! Have a blessed weekend with your precious family!
Now if i come to see you and you yell and tell me you are in the kitchen i know where it's at and can come and find you, Thanks that was fun, you have a beautiful home. Stay safe, hugs.
