A while back I wrote a post about do-overs on the computer.
As in…..oh no what happened to what I was typing and where did it go and how to get it back.
I literally used it 5,079 times this week to fix all my mistakes and mis-types and keyboard errors.
It’s called control Z and you can read about how to use it here.
Life-changing stuff.
Truly.
Now if I could just control Z my outfit from yesterday. 🙂
Love this post on thankfulness.

You are sweet to share the porch. Happy weekend!
HI KariAnne, How fun to see the iron doll bed on Miss Mustard Seed's post. My sister was the one who found that in the trash and asked Marian if she'd like it. I couldn't believe it when I saw it mentioned in 2 posts today. Also, it was funny that you mentioned about the Control Z. My readers have been having trouble with their comments disappearing when they leave one, and I'm no techie... so I had no clue what to tell them. Just 2 days ago one of my readers mentioned the Control Z. I haven't had anything disappear yet, but I'm sure I'll be using it in the future... it's a good thing! Hope you are having a wonderful Saturday... Blessings, Jeanne
Love Saturday mornings with you!! : )
I never knew any of the Control + short-cuts. Thank you so much. I always knew from reading your blog and seeing your photos, that you are both "beautiful" and "smart". I "really" never knew how "really really" true it "really really" is , but ... (I really did know, (grin) you always impress me with your wit and sweetness, so much.) Love and Hugs to you from Wisconsin
Those porches are amazing - I could spend all day there quite happily!!
Haha, can't tell you how often I've wished that Ctrl Z would work in real life as well! :-)
I am reading my emails today while taking a sip of tea and suddenly sit upright, halt my cup as it's reaching my mouth, and gasp with a "WAIT, What did she just say?!!!!" I cannot tell you how many curse words I have used for all the times I wrote out a comment to a blog or an email and suddenly lost everything I wrote. I can never say anything in just a few sentences, so trying to reconstruct my thoughts again is a challenge I detest. I have this new tablet with a horrible little keyboard that is, well, horrible. It can suddenly wipe paragraphs without me even knowing why or how. I've had the same experience on an iPad. So this Ctl+Z option is a big deal to me. Huge. You made my day. My life. Thank you!! Seriously, please feel the big cyber hug I am giving you right now. I mean, I know how to right click "undo" to get things back, but if this works when undo refuses to appear, well then Ctl+Z is just the best thing since... Pinterest. If you knew my obsession with the wonders of Pinterest you'd know how big that is to me. This is a real game changer for me. You are a life saver. Which reminds me, I guess I should go send an apology to Bill Gates for wishing he was never born.
You always make me smile, KariAnne---especially the introductions to your Thistlekeeping and well, all posts! You are a true story teller. I have seen most of these posts as these ladies are my favorites. I'm not speaking of myself but perhaps some exposure to some lesser known blogs? There is so much talent out there. :) Jane x
Ha ha! If I had a penny for every time I wish there was a Ctrl+Z in real life, I could retire on a beach in Bali! Lol
Beautiful inspiration! Hope you have a great weekend... ~julie
So much to enjoy here! You have a great eye for beauty...
