We went to see the BEST movie last night.
I really wanted to write that whole sentence in caps….but it might seem like I was yelling.
It’s called The Longest Ride and it stars Clint Eastwood’s son, Scott Eastwood.
Just his smile alone will make you melt.
He’s like a non-brooding Clint with a grin riding a bull off into the sunset. And the movie has the BEST ending.
Total spoiler alert.
They all live happily-ever-after. 🙂
Best post ever.
How to get the Restoration Hardware look on a budget.
My budget needed this.
Sweetest story ever.
And what a great reminder.
I’m loving color right now.
Just like this house tour.
Which made me think I need new curtains in the family room and that I should sew myself some this weekend.
Maybe.
But just I went to the movies instead. 🙂
Fun idea for a graduation party.
Easy burrito bowl bar.
And I love that tassel garland, too.
And now in random Saturday news this week:
I’m making this for company. Or maybe just me.
Beautiful guest room.
I vote yes.
Have you ever heard of catchlights?
I love, love, love the tile in this bathroom.
And the cabinets in this kitchen.
And one day when I grow up…..
….I’m going here.
And one more thing for the road.
If you need a little pick-me-up weekend (so totally affordable) where you can laugh and be inspired and make crafts and join 500 other amazing women….
….Becoming is the conference for you.
I’d love to meet you!
I’m speaking and hosting a DIY home projects class.
You can see all the details and register…..here.
Happy Random Saturday to you!
Did you cry during the movie? I'm a crier. Happy or sad cry, it is always an ugly face cry. ;)
Happy weekend to you and your family, this cute flower arrangement, like the living room is beautiful... Best regards
Thank you for all the details :)
Awww...thanks so much for including my snowball love story friend! <3
Someday I'm going to Lucketts with you! Now about that conference, I'd love to go! The price sounds too good to be true. I definitely need more info. Thanks for sharing. : )
You stinker. Now I'm trying to figure out how to pay for this conference. I am thinking about changing the format of my blog from design to more inspirational. This might be a good conference for thinking that through. Plus I want to take your class and heckle ...I mean "support" you. The Other Marian.
*sigh* I just love a happy ending. I'm one of those people who will look at the book's ending before purchasing it. Well, in defense, why should I spend hours reading something so at the end I'm sad and depressed? I can't wait to see the movie. I've always admired Clint Eastwood from the days on Rawhide -- yes I'm THAT old!! Rosemary Rogers of the bodice rippers said that she cast her hero Steve -- Sweet Savage Love --on Clint Eastwood. Oops-- hope I'm not shocking anyone here. I'll just zip my mouth and stop my fingers from saying anything else. Have a great Sunday. Big Hugs!!
I LOVED LOVED LOVED this movie!!!
I have been to Lucketts many times and it is always a lot of fun and I never come away empty handed. You should check it out one day.
My adult daughters took me to Cinderella over Mother's Day weekend. Although we all knew the ending, we loved it and cried!
