Random thoughts on a Saturday morning Mother’s Day weekend:

1. The twins are home from sophomore year and that means a movie marathon. We started with Steel Magnolias (please act surprised).

It’s going to be an amazing summer.

2. We are going swimming and having family game night tomorrow to celebrate Mother’s Day and my oldest son is cooking. My favorite was to celebrate.

3. Everyone is all about the Dallas Stars around here. They are in the playoffs right now. I literally know NOTHING about hockey, but I’m cheering them on.

4. It was an amazing week on the blog. We talked about:

5. Did you watch the trailer for the new movie Love Again? It looks so good and the story is so sweet. I think it’s the perfect summer movie.

    So many pretty things! I'm not sure your link to Zoe Feldman designs is working correctly. 😯 Enjoy your family time. My son was home for the past 10 days and he and my husband left today to take him to his new apartment for a summer internship (about 6 hours away). My first summer without my boy! Sob! But it's a great opportunity for him and I'm happy with how everything is working out.

    Today I decided to honor my Momma and Aunt (who helped raise me while my Momma worked making parachutes for WW2) by planting climbing roses. I finally found some and can't wait to watch them grow up the trellis. It is all the little things that make the greatest memories. So glad for you and all the memories you make and what you share with us.

    As I live one block from the Kracken training facility, I'm Team Kracken! Frankly, I'm surprised they made it this far. this is only their second year. We're enjoying the ride.

    I love the extension on that floral arrangement and can't wait to your take. I also love those brass railings on the cabinetry. Those grazing tables are spectacular, but I sure hope COVID is over...and I've had two acquaintances in the 50-year-range come down with it just this past week! I'm getting my third booster tomorrow!
