Never.
Never ever.
That’s the amount of times I could even imagine typing a post like this.
I mean, if we were sitting here having coffee and I was telling you what I’m about to tell you my hands would be waving and you’d move my coffee cup over just to make sure I didn’t spill it and I would kind of be hopping up and down in my seat and telling you that you are never going to believe it.
Remember the first fabric line that danced across America and sold in stores and had cookies made in its honor and sold so well that it had to be re-ordered?
Then remember when I started a second line called Sweet Tea that I just conquered a giant fear for and flew to Salt Lake City to promote at market (and if I met you there this is me waving at you).
And after all that something amazing happened.
I am so happy and proud and excited to announce that today the Sweet Tea fabric line just got a little more all about itself.
Because now it has a team.
A team of three of the most wonderful, incredible, amazing, creative individuals I have ever met.
I want to introduce them to you in the best way possible, by telling you a little more about them and sharing some fun projects they created.
So with great fanfare and applause I want you to meet…..
I love for you to meet Jill from Sew a Fine Seam.
Jill is a photographer and a painter and a reader and a teacher and a flea market lover.
I met Jill years ago when I ordered the prettiest camera strap from her.
She had just started blogging and I had just started using my camera.
And here’s some of Jill’s creative projects.
Just click on the pictures to take you to the projects.
This is Jen from Noting Grace.
Jen has naturally curly hair and constantly rearranges rooms and has been on radio and tv and the stage. Â She has a Downton Abbey addiction and a Pinterest habit and she’s fueled by faith and grace and Caramel Macchiatos.
And she makes me laugh and feel like I want to grab a coffee and go to her studio and talk while she creates the most amazing projects.
Like these.
You can click on each of the pictures to take you to the project.
Next, I’d like to introduce you to Allison from Woodberry Way.
She’s sweet and creative and taught herself to sew in 2013 when her mother gave her a sewing machine.
And quilting is her very favorite type of sewing.
And she makes the most amazing quilts like these.
You can click on each of the pictures to take you to the project.
I can’t wait to show you some of the creative projects they create for the Sweet Tea Fabric line which will be in stores in June.
I’ll be in Texas for an appearance in Rockwall.
And if you live in Virginia or the surrounding area, I’m heading your way on June 23.
I’ll be at The General Store at Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, VA from 2:00-4:00.
Hope I get to meet some of you there!
So happy for you and can't wait to see the full line in stores. I started sewing when I was young but have gotten away from it. I'm jumping back on the wagon and look forward to using some of your fabrics in my creations. Have a joyous day! Shelly
This is wonderful news, such a great team of Sweet Tea Ambassadors and I love that name:) You are all going to rock this fabric line together, you know this makes me smile, then of course I am smiling even more because you will be at my house on Tuesday! So exciting and happy for all of you, Karianne! No doubt, more amazingness to come!!!
All of these talented and fancy people that can sew! I'll just have to take my sweet tea fabric to alterations with specifications like any home-ec disaster would do. Have I mentioned I LOVE your line? So pretty and so many uses!
How very fun!! Applause!! Applause!! Applause!! So very proud of you!!
Awesome! Any chance you're going to make your way north of the border?! Would love that... love your fabric line...but don't sew. Even worked at a fabric shop while going to college - bought all kinds of fabric that just sat there looking pretty. One of these days, I will conquer sewing!!
Congratulations! Here is to your continued success with your fabric line! If ever you come out west, we will leave the light on for you! Cheers!, Barbara
And the Gods smiled upon her! I am so happy for you.

Love your fabric Karianne. Can't wait to meet you someday. I am wondering if you ever go to the Houston quilt show in November? My sister is a quilter and has invited me to join her at the show this year.

Great things are happening for you my friend, and I couldn't be happier for you! You are so busy, I'm not sure how you do it all. Wishing you all the best and safe travels...assuming you will be driving, since you're not a fan of flying. :) gail
WOW- way to go! Such great news and well deserved too. I can't wait to see what the team does. I have known many quilters and always am in awe of their creations. Your fabrics will make beautiful quilts and many other things as well. A cup of coffee is raised to you- congratulations!

Congratulations! I'm going to try to bring the kids up to see you and buy your fabric - we aren't far from there and used to live in Roanoke (great town if you've never been). Hope to see you soon!
This is so exciting! I have to admit 2 things: 1. I love the calligraphy scroll lettering, and 2. I had to click on the link, because for the LIFE OF ME, I could not figure out that the lettering said "RISE quilt pattern." I'm such a dork. I kept looking at it and trying to make it make sense.... Lord help us all.
Congratulations on growing -- I always knew your fantastic style would lead you from coast to coast. What a fantastic idea letting these talented ladies inspire us with projects. ! I really love fabric and I'm looking forward to finding it in a store.
Many happy congratulations to you, KariAnne!!! With an amazing team like that on your side plus some really stunning fabrics plus *YOU*, that is only going to equal success! I can't wait to see some of the projects you have in store for these beautiful fabrics...I just LOVE the one with the thistles especially, so I hope you plan to use that! I also can't wait to hear about all of the amazing things that will come of this...I am soooooo happy for you, I could just bust...but you don't want me to do that 'cos that would just be messy. :)
There is no I in team and it looks like you've created an awesome group for your team. Can't wait to see you next week in Rockwall.
Very talented ladies! Congrats to the whole team, I am sure greatly creative things will come from this collaboration. :)
I am so stinking excited for you and Jen! {I was with her when we chatted with you at the Country Living Fair and I'm kicking myself for not getting in touch with you yet for my blog relaunch.... Will do that asap!} Can't wait to get my hands on your new fabrics and see pillows for every.room.in.the.house.even.the.garage. Not even kidding. Congrats girl.
Congratulations! Awesome news.
Congratulations sweetie! I am so excited for you. On a side note, I'm still trying to find those flamingos and I have been looking for the perfect bedding forever. Then I see Allison's quilts and I'm thinking, "Oh my goodness, perfect bedding!" I think I need to make myself a quilt. :)
Congratulations! Can't wait to see mor of your fabric. Blues for summer? And can not wait to see your teams projects. Girl, can you pack in any more awesomeness?

So, so happy for you! It's amazing when dreams come true...even if you didn't realize you were even dreaming them!! I'm just all kinds of happy for my sister, Jill! She makes the best stuff! {No prejudice } :) I'm looking forward to seeing your ambassadors projects!!!
Congratulations!! Well done, and very well deserved!! Love!!
I have to confess something to you Karianne. I talk about you ALL the time.... (I promise it's really good stuff)... But seriously it's all the time! With my husband... my mom... extended family...friends ...and yes, even yesterday in Lowes with a complete stranger when I mentioned how much you love the paint color Mindful Gray. I'm always sharing about how you inspire me and showing them pictures of your gorgeous home and creative adventures. How you are so funny, and imaginative and that you LOVE red lipstick! Well... last night at dinner my husband caught me talking to my in-laws saying " Well my good friend Karianne...." and on the way home (as he was laughing at me) said Brandy do you realize you you have NEVER met or even talked to "Your good friend Karianne?" She doesn't even have a clue who you are!! So....I took a long pause and thought about what he said for the rest of the evening and as I did I realized something. While all of that is VERY true... I DO consider you MY friend...a GOOD friend who inspires me daily, encourages me to press on in my own creativity and to have courage. Someone who makes me laugh, helps me see things from different perspectives and makes me very proud! You have caused me to realize in an even deeper way how we can have a big impact on those around us...even when we may be completely unaware and I just wanted you to know that today! I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Oh and if by chance I could make it to Rockwall to actually meet you face to face....do you know the day and time yet of your visit? Blessings, Brandy
You go girl and girl and girl and girl!!!
I am SO excited for you! My aunt taught me to sew when I was in the 7th grade and it started an addiction! My senior year in high school I took 4 sewing classes and made every thing but my undies and decorated my room to boot! It's been awhile but I'm getting the itch again after seeing all the beautiful fabrics! I wish you the best, sweet lady!
How exciting! I can't wait to see and read more! Congratulations! Thanks for coming over to Five Star Frou-Frou to spread the good news. Love, Mimi xxx
