See this pallet wood?
You’ll NEVER guess what it turned into.
Maybe you might guess because you are brilliant and smart and clever. And that’s exactly why we are friends.
Today I’m so excited to kick off 10 days of all Christmas all the time. I have so many fun projects planned for Christmas this year including a photo tree and these super cute DIY ornaments and a 12 Days of Christmas table and TONS more. So to get this holiday season started, I’ve joined 8 amazing bloggers to bring to you 10 days of CHRISTMAS INSPIRATION.
We are starting with simple and easy Christmas DIY projects. That’s where those pallets entered into our story.
Those pallets came home with me and turned into….
1. DIY Pallet Wood Christmas Tree
Isn’t it the cutest?
I have an entire collection of wood Christmas Trees. I actually just bought a new one at Target this year from the Studio McGee collection.
And if you want to see how to make this pallet wood Christmas tree?
2. DIY Pallet Wood Star
A tree isn’t the only thing that pallet wood can transform itself into. It has superpowers–especially when it comes to Christmas.
See that wood star on the top of the tree?
Yep. You guessed it.
It’s made out of pallet wood.
3. DIY Snowflake Art
This project is so easy and ALMOST free.
You just need branches from the yard and a little glue.
4. DIY Footed Tray
Looking to create a display that looks like it stepped off the pages of a magazine?
Add a little height with this DIY footed tray project.
5. DIY Christmas Ornaments
I think I’m going to make these ornaments this year. And I think I might recreate this technique on wood blocks and make a village.
The ornaments are actually created with hot glue.
6. DIY Christmas table ideas
This table is so pretty and there are so many easy budget decorating ideas like these sheet music placemats.
Creative simple ideas to save money on your Christmas table.
7. DIY Gingerbread Houses
Is Christmas even Christmas without a little gingerbread?
Especially when it comes to making houses.
8. Christmas DIY soaps
I’ve never made my own soap before.
But this cute project makes me want to start now. Especially since these would make amazing gifts.
9. Fringed Burlap DIY Christmas Trees
The only thing sweeter than a burlap Christmas tree is an entire village of them.
I love these trees paired with bottle brush trees tucked in and amongst evergreens.
