Random thoughts on a brilliantly sunny summer morning:

1. Are you watching March Madness? You know we are all in around here. Baylor and Texas both advanced to the next level and my bracket is still intact. I have Baylor winning it all.

Please act surprised.

2. So we have discussed Wordle and Quordle and Octordle here, but now? I’m into Duotrigordle. It’s 32 different wordles all at the same time and you only get 37 guesses.

Yikes.

It is not for the faint of heart.

3. It was an amazing week on the blog. We talked about:

4. My nephew created a “leprechaun trap” this week that was made out of cardboard and imagination. I’ve never seen such a contraption. All he caught though were little pieces of green cloth and a smattering of gold coins.

Guess the leprechaun got away again.

5. I just ordered Buddy a new dog bed. He needed something a little softer to make his days easier. Maybe I should have ordered one for me, too. 🙂

6. Westleigh is starting her own online clothing boutique. It has made this mama’s heart so happy watching her stretch her wings and fly as an entrepreneur.

And now?

Let’s see all the amazing finds I discovered for us this week.

Loved the post on storing decor. Some really helpful ideas there. Thanks for drawing it to our attention and providing the link!

I had twin sisters and it seemed that they entertained each other. That seemed to be a problem with a single baby. Do you agree? I took one twin and my sister took the other!!! My mother had two girls in eleven months and then the twins so she had her hands full. Six girls in eight years!!!

Hi KariAnne, I enjoy your blogs everyday! And I’d love to have your beautiful house! But, besides that, I wondered if I could make a fleece blanket for Buddy’s new pet bed? I make fleece wraps (30x72” like beach towel with a cut fringe) and larger blanket (60x72” with cut fringe) for people and pets. I just made 2 of the larger for a friend who has a large dog. They’re soft, easy to wash, comfy. Let me know… blue & white pattern?? I would love to do this for you. They’re simple but nice! 😁

The girls are growing fast and using the talents their mom gave them to succeed in the world. Poor Buddy it's hard to see our friends grow old, he's such a good dog. I loved seeing the Villa in Sweden and all those writers homes, that would be so fun to see in person.

GREAT Thistles, KA. I especially loved Lucy's cloche terrarium with her ferns, She is so good at the things she shares, isn't she? And a huge WTG to Westleigh - that's awesome news and I bet you all are so proud of her. ♥

Congrats to Westleigh! I'm sure she's learned so much from you over the years. Yes, we've been watching basketball non-stop in our house. I graduated from FDU so those games were extra special to me. Too bad they didn't go further but it was still exciting! Great inspiration here as always - enjoy your week! Shelley
