If you have a decorating dilemma?

Please sit by me.

Right here in the chair on the left.

So many of you e-mail and ask me questions (which I love) and ask me for answers (which I try to have) and discuss paint colors (which is one of my favorite topics).

But here’s the thing. I’ve been looking for a way for us to share decorating dilemmas together. You know. Like when I ask you for help with my laundry room and you give me your opinions and we all discuss and share our ideas together and help each other out.

A long time ago I used to have a forum. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while do you remember that? It was wonderful. It was such a fun place to hang out and share our ideas and discuss our homes and chat together.

Forums aren’t really a thing anymore.

No worries.

Because I just found something BETTER.

A place where we can share photos and ask questions and chat and comment and you can ask all the decorating dilemmas you ever thought about.

Have a decorating question?

Oh, good.

You can share it here.

It’s a brand new community called Tundra.

It’s FREE and I’ve created an entire mini-community over there and I want you to join me.

Signing up is super easy.

Just go here.

You can click the red sign up button for a free account and that’s it.

Next, you want to go to my group within Tundra.

It looks like this.

Here’s the direct link to my group on Tundra: https://thetundra.com/interests/diy/groups/thistle-wood-farms

You can click on it to take you or cut and paste it into your browser.

You can also navigate on the front page to DIY groups and find Thistlewood Farms over there, too.

There are tons of posts I’ve loaded with stories and DIY ideas and projects and general life advice.

But I want to hear from YOU.

If you have a decorating dilemma you want to share?

All you have to do is go to the top left corner where you’ll see a button that says “What’s new?”

Click on the button.

A box will pull up that looks like this.

You can post your photo by clicking “post photo or video.”

Then upload your photo to the website.

After your photo is uploaded it will look like this.

Then, simply type your dilemma into the box up top.

Then, click publish.

That’s it!

We can all chime in and give helpful advice on your questions.

There’s also a fun chat feature that you can live chat with me on the site.

It’s on the right-hand side.

Simply click the button to chat and then click send.

I’m getting the decorating dilemma questions started with one about my front porch.

The railings need to be replaced.

Do you think we should go with black railings?

Or white railings?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Join me over on Tundra and chime in.

PS If you have ANY challenges at all logging in or posting—just e-mail me and I’ll walk you through it. 🙂

This looks like fun. I'm moving into a smaller house and will really need suggestions since I am downsizing. Should be fun to re-think and re-do a house from scratch, sort of.

I've never heard of Tundra, except for the truck we have parked in the garage! I am part of a design team online and this sounds very similar and fun! I'm definitely going to think about joining! Your picture of the little spot in front of the windows looks so inviting....and that vase of green leaves are a breath of fresh air. My bush out front is just now leafing out. Do you think I will kill the dear thing if I snip a few branches to bring in for Easter? ;) Hahhaaa It just can't bloom fast enough!
