If you put on work out pants and a work out top and your brand new zig tennis shoes that color coordinate with the side table project from yesterday…..then finish it off with a pony tail and drive to Wal-Mart….

….does that count?

Is it almost like working out?

I mean….you’re half way there.

Isn’t it close enough?

I’m parking my car in the back lot….speed walking to the front of the store….power pushing a cart…

….and calling it a day. 🙂

Happy almost-working-out Fourth of July to you….

…here’s a few easy no bake recipes to celebrate.

….I have to rest up from that strenuous work out.  🙂

Happy Fourth!

Happy Independence Day! So funny! Every time I spend two hours at Walmart I do consider it a workout! I even tell my husband I worked out today! And "power pushing the cart"...I have a mantra while pushing, "I'm not tired, I'm getting stronger and stronger! " And don't forget to count loading and unloading all the groceries. That counts, too! Yesterday I had a fine workout at Costco buying all my Fourth of July provisions. Sadly, the mouthwatering apple strudel sprinkled with sugar I bought will set me back a bit! Cheers for a star spangled day!

Hi KariAnne, I love your website and your little stories get me every time! I wrote a little story too, about the baby chicks that hatched on my pool deck. It's quite a tale! Come and check it out if you get a chance.

Happy Fourth of July! I tried to "power walk" through Walmart last night. It was late, after I picked the "Sandwich Artist" up from work. Those workers trying to stock shelves looked like they wanted me to power walk out of the way and out the front door! I am going to try that Cherry Cheesecake!

Happy Independence Day to you and your family. My strawberries in my refrigerator got wind of that delicious beverage and yell out to be a smoothie. My treadmill heard the words "power walking" and beeped me to get on. I thought today was a "Freedom Day!"

My latest recipe is not 'No Bake" but it has Tequila in it! A most fabulous Tequila Lime Bar that is to die for. I would know, I finished off a pan already. And I am now making another to take to a gathering tomorrow night. I will be everyone's new BFF! I cleaned 2 big houses, and 3 condos yesterday, that is my work out and better yet, I worked off all those Lime bars.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMM boy do those yummies look tasty - and with this heat and humidity the NO BAKE vibe works out perfectly. Thanks for the recipes and ideas. Have a fun lazy day - I got up early and got all my work done and hubs is making shish kabobs as we speak. Life is good. I plan on doing next to nothing today and lovin' it. Hugs.
