A woman in a blue patterned dress stands by a wooden console table, holding a vase of flowers. She is smiling, with stairs and a wooden door labeled "OFFICE" in the background.

// my dress is on clearance //

Hello, clearance.

I’m looking at you.

So if you are looking for something for all the parties and celebrations ahead?

This blue and white dress runs true to size (I’m wearing a large). It comes with a belt, too, so you could wear it belted or unbelted.

You can see the blue and white dress here.

But do you know what’s even more amazing than this dress?

All the other products I want to share with you.

I have the BEST products to share. I’ve purchased each and every one of them and told my closest friends and family all about them, how much I love them, and how I wish I bought them sooner.

Here are 11 products I wish I bought sooner here—the September edition.

11 Products I Wish I Bought Sooner

Four bundles of yellow string lights with three battery packs and a remote control, featuring multiple modes, are displayed on a white background.

1. This set of battery-operated fairy lights

I discovered something this fall.

Everything looks cuter with a little sparkle.

I’m adding these to all my fall displays. The lights have 8 different patterns, operate off batteries and have a remote and a timer.

And they are on sale right now.

Let’s GO.

You can see the battery-operated fairy lights here.

Two identical potted artificial plants with round, bushy clusters of vibrant purple flowers and green leaves, both in black pots, set against a white background.

// this set of faux mums //

2. This set of faux mums

I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of my mums.

I’m going to share pics of them when I share the front porch decorated for fall.

They remind me of the boxwoods I’ve ordered for years.

The plants really look real and are heavy, so they stay put with a little wind.

The faux mums come in other colors, too. I’m just going with purple and orange this year on the porch.

You can see the set of faux mums here.

Several gold shower curtain hooks with ball-shaped ends hang on a silver metal rod, neatly aligned and overlapping each other.

//double-sided shower hooks //

3. Double-sided shower hooks

These were such a game changer when I found these hooks.

I used to use two rods in the shower—one for the shower curtain and one for the liner.

But with these hooks, you only need one bar, and you can put the shower curtain on one side and the liner on the other. They come in tons of different finishes, but I really like the gold.

And the price is right, too.

A decorative wreath with colorful flowers, leaves, berries, and apples hangs on a black door, featuring red, pink, and cream blooms with autumn foliage accents.

4. This wreath

This wreath is on my front door right now.

It comes in other colors, but this one had my heart. It has flowers and different types of greenery and even apples.

I love it against the black door.

You can see my front door wreath here.

A box of V-Line Lifting Hydrogel Collagen Masks featuring a woman’s lower face with a blue mask along her jawline. Text highlights hyaluronic acid, aloe vera extract, and benefits like jawline definition.

// this chin mask //

5. This chin mask

This has been my go-to chin mask for years.

I’m fighting the chin fight.

That loose skin under my chin is NO JOKE. This helps and if you are going to an event—use it right before and you’ll be surprised at how much difference it makes.

I used it right before my class reunion and I felt amazing.

A wooden chair with a tall backrest and seat covered in a blue and white vertical striped fabric.

// blue and white striped stretchy slipcovers //

6. These blue and white stretchy slipcovers

Ding. Ding. Ding.

We have a slipcover winner.

These are the slipcovers that you all loved so much!

These are the slipcovers that I ordered for the office.

They are blue and white and stretchy and stay on perfectly.

You can see the chair slipcovers here.

A neatly made bed with a white comforter, pillows, and a beige accent behind the pillows is positioned in front of a large window with sheer curtains. A wooden side table with a potted plant and a folded gray blanket at the foot of the bed complete the cozy scene.

// this queen-size duvet cover //

7. This queen-size duvet set

I’ve ordered this for several room makeovers and it’s SO soft.

It’s under $20 for the white set with the shams (but it comes in tons of other colors, too) and it feels so high-end. If you are looking for a fall bed refresh? This set is such a good value for the price.

You can see the queen-size duvet set here.

A tablet with a colorful display sits in a black case with a detachable backlit keyboard and a stylus holder. The case cover is shown both folded behind and fully closed.

// iPad case with built-in stand //

8. This iPad case with built-in stand

I am a big iPad user, and I take it to coffee shops all the time.

This case is perfect because it comes with a built-in stand.

The one I have is sold out, but this one is almost identical to the one I have.

The back of it props up and functions as a stand.

You can see the iPad case here.

A red and clear plastic Battery Daddy storage case filled with various batteries, shown with its packaging. The box highlights the case’s capacity to hold 180 batteries and features like a built-in tester.

// Battery Daddy //

9. Battery Daddy

This is one of my husband’s favorite gifts ever.

It’s battery storage, but so much more. It has a battery tester in the center that’s perfect for all those random batteries you find in drawers.

It makes the perfect gift for Christmas, too.

You can see Battery Daddy here.

A round wooden plate with dried orange, lemon, apple slices, rose petals, star anise, cinnamon sticks, sage, rosemary, and cloves arranged in sections.

// simmer pot set//

10. This simmer pot set

I shared this on my how to make your house smell like fall post.

But it’s so good, I had to reshare.

You can add water and use it with your candle warmer.

It makes about 10 small simmer pots with all the ingredients in the kit.

You can see the simmer pot set here.

Six white ceramic decorative gourds with blue floral patterns and gold stems are arranged on wooden stands, with a plant and framed picture in the background.

// blue and white pumpkins //

11. These blue and white pumpkins

So many of you bought these after I shared them earlier and told me how much you loved them.

They are sitting on my built-in in the living room with some larger blue and white pumpkins.

They are the CUTEST set and are made of ceramics with three different patterns.

You can see the blue and white pumpkins here.

A woman in a navy dress stands smiling by a white fireplace, holding a champagne glass in a bright, stylish living room with blue and white decor accents.

Close-up of a navy blue sleeve with intricate white embroidery patterns, worn by a person with long blonde hair. The background is softly blurred.

// blue and white embroidered dress //

Look what else is on clearance.

This blue and white dress has embroidery on the sleeves and the front of the dress.

It runs true to size. I’m wearing a large.

You can see the dress here.

So many finds.

So little time.

I hope you enjoyed this post. I enjoyed sharing a few things that make life a little easier.

Happy day, friend.

    Love your wreath because I have the same one on my front door. It's lovely and well worth the money. Have a great Labor Day weekend.

    Oh my goodness!!! I’m getting those fairy lights. I need new ones. The slipcovers are genius. I love the faux mums. I think I need them. I already have your battery caddy. I love having all those crazy batteries organized! And those pumpkins are so sweet. I’m a blue and white girl too. You look so cute in those dresses!! Thank you for these great finds!

    I discovered those shower curtain hooks a few years ago and they really are a game changer. I'm all for anything that makes my life easier! I love the wreath also. I just can't decide between the red and the green. I like them both!

    I found similar shower hooks at TJMaxx. Love how they simplify my life. Never heard of the Battery Daddy, but what a genius idea! I chuckled when i saw the blue and white pumpkins. A couple of years ago, I was on a pumpkin decoupage kick. I found ceramic white pumpkins at Dollar Tree and used blue and white napkins on them, and then I decided to add gold Rub N Buff to the stem. They look remarkably like the ones you have here. Fairy lights in the darker months are a huge yes! Lots of good ideas here.

    Love the lights! I needed new ones and I can't find the old ones since our move! I'm sure they are in one of the boxes in the garage! ha

    I love it when you share ! I have a pencil tree i keep up all year round and decorate with the seasons. Those twinkle lights would be perfect !

    We bought a Battery Daddy after you first recommended it, Karianne, and my husband and I have loved ours ever since. The cute blue and white pumpkins are very tempting, but if I bought one more pumpkin I would be in trouble. We're about to move to the Oregon Coast, and I think my current pumpkins (many of which are blue and white) will take up more than one box! :)

    I do have twinkle lights but, never thought to use them for Fall. You always have so many things to pick from, thanks so much for sharing.

    I love all of your recommendations. I bought double hook shower curtain rings and they are amazing. I love that dress, it’s in my cart. It’s so adorable!

  10. Image for Teri Price Teri Price

    I love all of these! I wanted to let you know that I read The Maid’s Diary this week after you mentioned it. It was hard to put down! I stayed up too late last night to finish it. You were right! I wouldn’t have guessed the ending! Thank you for the recommendation!

    Love recommendations. I bought the Battery Daddy for my husband when you first recommended it, and he loves it. And since he very rarely truly loves anything, I also bought one for my sons-in-law too; they love it also, and my six year old grandson now loves it too since he can easily find the batteries for his cars on his own. Thanks, KA, because I never would’ve found it on my own♥️

    I understand and appreciate that a lot of what you show in your house may qualify as ‘staging’ but it often seems to leave no room for ‘living’. I was really struck by this a few days ago when you showed changes around the table/chest by your back door and office entry. Absolutely no place to put anything down, even for a few minutes. None of us would want it to turn into a clutter hotspot! But I, for one, could simply not live with so much ‘stuff’ on every surface, lovely as it may look. Do you ever ‘simplify’ after the pictures are taken?
