Frozen Limeade Pie In a Jar

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 12 oz frozen lime concentrate
  • 1 zest of two limes
  • 1 container Cool Whip or fresh whipping cream
  • 6 cherries


  • I. Directions:
    1. Place slightly softened ice cream and the container of limeade in your mixer bowl and then blend until thoroughly combined and smooth.
    2. Fold 1/2 of your lime zest through the blended mixture.
    3. Prepare your graham cracker mixture by placing the crumbs in a mixing bowl.Add sugar and stir through.
    4. Add melted butter to the crumb mixture. Mix till the butter is totally combined with the crumbs.
  • II. Assembly:
    1. Place 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture in your 4-ounce wide mouth mason jars and press to form a nice crust on the bottom. You can add a little bit more if you would like.
    2. Take a 6th of your mixture and scoop it in on top of the graham cracker crust.
    3. Top it with a big dollop of Cool Whip or Fresh Whipped Cream.
    4. Sprinkle fresh lime zest over the top and add a cherry to the top.
