Frozen Limeade Pie In a Jar

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 12 oz frozen lime concentrate
- 1 zest of two limes
- 1 container Cool Whip or fresh whipping cream
- 6 cherries
I. Directions:1. Place slightly softened ice cream and the container of limeade in your mixer bowl and then blend until thoroughly combined and smooth.2. Fold 1/2 of your lime zest through the blended mixture.3. Prepare your graham cracker mixture by placing the crumbs in a mixing bowl.Add sugar and stir through.4. Add melted butter to the crumb mixture. Mix till the butter is totally combined with the crumbs. II. Assembly:1. Place 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture in your 4-ounce wide mouth mason jars and press to form a nice crust on the bottom. You can add a little bit more if you would like.2. Take a 6th of your mixture and scoop it in on top of the graham cracker crust.3. Top it with a big dollop of Cool Whip or Fresh Whipped Cream.4. Sprinkle fresh lime zest over the top and add a cherry to the top.
