Random thoughts on an October Monday morning:

1. Thistlekeeping is a day late. We went down to Waco this weekend to see the twins run the Baylor line and I forgot my computer. There were too many things not to share. So now?

Monday I am looking at you.

2. I have my own mini shopping show now on Amazon. This week was all about blue and white finds.

You can see it here.

(total aside: It’s an hour long, so when you watch it on replay—you can just click on the items on the bottom to speed it up).

3. Have you ever eaten the 10-vegetable soup at Panera? It’s SO GOOD and only 100 calories for the entire bowl.

4. It was a fun week on the blog. I figured out what do with the grapevine ribbon here and I made artwork for the wall for under $10 here.

5. I’m photographing the CUTEST fall outfits tomorrow to share on Tuesday including these tall riding boots for under $30.

6. Have you been following along with the Jeopardy champion? He’s amazing and he’s on a winning streak and he’s so sweet and humble.

And now?

Let’s see all the amazing stuff I found for us to start the week off right.

Good Morning Happy Mom! A daughter’s visit is so special! I just want to say that in the photos above I particularly like the last one of the hutch with a bit of autumn color added with the plate etc.

Hugs from Kentucky sweet friend! I just loved this post! First of all you picture with the thistleflowers is just precious,, and my moma's heart knows how happy you were to see them. Giggled at your hoarse voice! So me during UK basketball and now football! Loving our Cats right now! Swam one more time believe it or not yesterday before pool closes.. close to 90! But cool front coming and finally getting ready to decorate for fall. I pray things are left.. and guess good news about late decorating (latest ever!) it will be cheaper. So I really needed some fall ideas to go along with my be like Karianne dried sounds so much better than dead haha hydrageas in vases. Always love your blue and white idea! Still want those 3 pots and oh my salad things pretty too! I still have mixed feelings on blue and white pumpkins though... Blessed to have my mother's blue willow but was impressed with your Corelle blue and white dishes. Trying to decide if I want to decorate with them or my wheat dishes or both! Have two tables! But my favorite thing was your hutch ideas! Needed desperately by me. I like your first one as I have many of those things. But the third one is different and can not turn down anything wheat! Our first crop in this house was white. Blessed to have a white house and church.. but trying to decide if any one would noticed glitter on the roofs! haha Love you keep sharing and so proud of and for you! Keep shining! PS You will be proud I did not read your post with a Diet Dr Pepper like I did years ago reading your first posts but a bottle of water! Tiny step but a step!
