Random thoughts on a chilly falling leaf fall morning:

1. I’m so excited to go to a Christmas craft fair today. Every year our local high school has a craft fair where local artisans bring their handmade candles and soap and crocheted stocking and paper mache Santas and painted ornaments and all their other wares and put them on tables.

And then?

We get to shop.

My favorite thing.

2. It was a fun week on the blog. I shared all my fall decor decorating ideas and all my thankfuls and the best new addition to the craft room and the CUTEST colorful retro Christmas home decor I just bought and 16 organizing ideas to get ready for the holidays.

3. What is your favorite subscription box service? I’m thinking about giving them as Christmas presents.

4. Did you see a new season of Project Runway started?

5. I found the best new lipstick for fall. It’s under $6.00 with over 14,000 reviews and it CHANGES color with whatever lipstick pencil you add to it. You can see it here.

6. I’m so excited to bring back 12 days of “getting ready” for Christmas with my amazing friend Leslie starting November 1.

And now?

Are you ready?

Are you set?

Here are all my favorite things I discovered this week just for us.

Be still my painted heart.

I was so inspired by the colors in this mini-fall tour.

I loved this story about this antique bundt pan.

I’ve had a similar experience and it makes the find all the sweeter.

My favorite subscription box is a craft box from Life Expressions decor. I have made some of the cutest items this year. Everything is included in the package and it is mailed on the first of the month. My second favorite is faith box. It includes a book, monthly devotional guide and other goodies. I like they they support businesses owned by fellow Christians and usually include one of their items.

Karianne, No shopping, my closet is the same as yours. I feel a little sad. I need some new holiday clothes. I went to the doctor and lost 10 pounds. Can you believe it, I wasnt even trying. Anyway I have to make Thnaksgiving for 20 people and transport it 200 miles away. Any advise you can give will be more than welcome. I follow Leslie also so I will ask her the same question. My husband says not to stress, we can do this (lol) he cant even boil an egg. love, and look forward to your emails every day. Kim xoxo

I always love Thistlekeeping. Maybe because I'm lazy and you do all the work of finding great inspo for me?! Thanks so much for sharing my porch post. Hope you are enjoying this fall weather. Even thought I'm seriously hoping it gets much cooler soon. I'm ready to wear a cute sweater or two.
