Random thoughts on a Saturday:

1. You’ll never guess what these lockers in the above picture are made from.  Still one of my favorite DIY projects ever.

2. This is still one of my favorite locker stories.

3. I love the LOVE button on Facebook.  Best addition to social media ever.

4. I’m a little sad because I wanted to go yard saling today–but it’s raining here.  All those treasures will just have to wait another week for me.

5. And I’m sorry Thistlekeeping is late today.  I couldn’t help it.  I’ve been spending my morning with the new book launch group over on Facebook.  It is seriously the best group of people on the planet–maybe even the solar system.  We have more than 200 people over there–but just like a really good party–there’s always room for one more.  If you’d like to apply to come along on the journey and read the book and help shout it out and be encouraged and literally laugh out loud today–just leave a comment below or e-mail me here.

And now?  The internet has been amazing this week.  Check out the links below.

Thistlekeeping is always the best weekend entertainment - better late than never!! Love to revisit your past posts and peruse your magnificent suggestions too! Since I am not on the various other forms of social media, I will just have to wait for the BOOK to be published. Patiently waiting builds character ( I hope ). Thank-you for another fantastic edition of Thistlekeeping.

It's so funny that you shared Rooms for Rent's post because just last week a blogger shared your home on Facebook and so many comments were negative, I wanted to start fighting people. (Just teasing, I'm a lover. ) but, it did trouble me. I'm sure you saw, or I wouldn't say anything...Same thing happened to my other favorite the week before. I wanted to call you both and tell you how much I love your style. I don't understand the negativity. I wouldn't want to live with every single style choice of anyone. (I could probably move straight into your house), but really, I can appreciate something for what it is. I can't imagine tearing something apart without a thought. Everything you do has style. And I'm so glad you're sharing. Add my voice to the crowd screaming I love your style anytime you see a negative comment.
