The House for Hope is done.
It’s all furnitured and rugged and wallpapered and faux finished and lighted up.
I brought my camera to photograph everything and take pictures of the entire house.
Especially what you see when you look up.
Seriously.
There are light fixtures in this house that are so amazing they need their own reality show.
I can’t show you all the rooms until the end of the month, but I got permission to give everyone a little sneak peek.
Buckle up butter cup.
This house is a design roller coaster ride. 🙂
This is the light fixture from the back porch.
Can you see a hint of the ceiling?
It’s layers and layers of reclaimed wood.
And this light fixture from the dining room?
This photograph does not even do it justice.
The colors in this room are amazing.
Here’s a dresser from the living room.
That’s keeping company with the beams in there.
And this chandelier.
Here’s a few glimpses of the kitchen.
It has this antique barn door that slides over the pantry.
And rows of cabbages in bread bowls.
Here’s the chandelier from the master bedroom.
I love the juxtaposition of the layers of texture against that ceiling.
There’s a glimpse of the beams in the background.
But my favorite?
The piece that won my heart and made me want to move to Nashville and sing Rocky Top?
This feather pillow.
It’s in the room designed by two of my favorite designers in the entire world.
Kara and Lauren Blaylock from Refresh Home.
You might recognize them from their ceilings.
They designed this room.
And this room.
I know, right?
I can’t wait to show you the room they designed and the rest of the house at the end of the month.
It’s worth every second of the wait. 🙂
PS Just in case you need a few house tours I’ve photographed before from some of the designers from this house to tide you over.
The house that photographed itself.
A tour of a house decorated with sunshine.
Eek! What a teaser! Love that fixture in the bedroom...makes me want to punch out tin circles (if only!). Wowzer. Looking forward to the final reveal.
If you move to Nashville Landry (age 3) and I will teach you to sing Rocky Top! Can't wait to see the House of Hope!

Does REFRESH HOME have a blog? This is lovely, waiting for the final review. Hurry up! Where can I find one of these bread bowls? Not sure what they are, and NOT much is showing in the photo. Is it similar to a dough bowl?
Nan, I think it's actually a vintage piece that came from Lucy's home. She's in charge of the kitchen. :) Hope this helps! karianne
I'm dying to see it all, Karianne! It looks AMAZING!!! xoxo
SIGH...this is just too dreamy...It makes me what to tear up what I have in my house and start all over. LOVE IT and love that you got to be a part of it my sweet friend! I can't wait to see more! p.s. I drooled a bit about the chandeliers in that home...(full disclosure)!
Just the peeks are gorgeous!!
Will you be sharing with us where the light fixtures can be purchased?
Laurie, I think there will be a source list for the project! I'll know more in a couple of weeks! karianne
