Raise your hand if you have an extra 10 minutes.
Oh, good.
Me, too.
And I have the perfect way to spend it.
Guess what?
The sun is shining.
Project time is HERE.
I have 11 easy fall projects. Some you sew. Some you don’t.
But all of them are amazing and will make your house cuter in 10 MINUTES.
LET’S GO PROJECT GO.
1. Felted Wool Pumpkin
This simple no-sew fabric project is made from recycled sweaters.
First you felt the sweater.
And then?
You turn it into a pumpkin like this.
2. Spider web placemat
I decorated an entire table last year from the dollar store.
These are spiderweb placemats I made in under 10 minutes.
And I decorated the rest of the table for under $7.
You can see it here.
3. Stamped Recipe Towel
This is such a fun no-sew fabric idea.
And they make the perfect Christmas gift.
You can stamp a simple flour towel with location coordinates.
Use letter stamps and fabric paint to make a stamped recipe towel.
4. DIY No-Sew Sweater Vase
I made these vases from the sleeves of sweaters.
Don’t they look like fall?
Keep your vases warm and your plants cozy with this simple five-minute DIY.
5. DIY Leaf Pillow
This was my most pinned project several years ago.
It’s such an EASY DIY for fall and you can make it with leaves from the yard.
You can see the DIY leaf pillow here.
6. Painted Fall Sign
All you need for this project is a stain pen and a piece of wood.
I made this sign long ago it’s still just as cute as the day it showed up.
I just added the words in pencil and then traced them with a stain pen.
7. DIY Dropcloth Curtains
Dropcloth makes the best curtains.
I have instructions for no-sew (which would take you about 10 mintues) and sew curtain options.
It’s such an affordable option for larger windows.
You can see the instructions here.
8. No Sew Pumpkin Pillow
This pillow took less than 10 minutes to make.
It’s a placemat added onto a pillow.
9. Covered Books
This was one of the very first projects I ever shared on the blog.
And it’s an easy project and the secret is this faux wood paper from the hobby aisle.
See the easy DIY for the project here.
10. Monogrammed Pillow
This is the cutest pillow project.
Make it your own with fabric and fabric glue.
See the simple DIY project here.
11. DIY Felted Wreath
Okay.
So this one might take a little longer than 10 minutes, but it’s so fun and turned out so cute that I couldn’t help but include it.
It’s a felted wreath made from sweaters.
I hope these projects inspire you.
I hope you found something to make in 1o minutes this week.
Let’s GO.
Happy fall friend.
We got this.
Throw open the windows to that amazing crisp clean fall air…
….and let the projects in. 🙂
As usual, fun ideas. I like using the sweater sleeves for jar cozies. Such a yummy look!!
love the stenciled 🍁 pillow! Have fun with Leslie this week!
Loving all these quick Fall projects, especially the pillow covers!
I love reading your blog, KariAnn! My husband and I are packing all our worldly goods and leaving Texas to move to the Grand Junction valley in Colorado. This is a particularly emotional move at this time of year (my favorite) because I can't decorate! So much to pack! Amazing what we've collected in 15 years. I'm so glad I don't have to pack your blog, but if I did, it would be in the pile labeled "can't do without"!
Karianne Such cute and quick ideas. Thank you for uour blog and great ideas.
Too cold to open our windows! But I sure enjoy the fall weather. These are great ideas for bringing the season indoors.
Such super cute ideas. And I have a ton of old sweaters too. Hope you had a lovely weekend. xoxo
I keep looking at felted wreaths, pumpkins and trees. I want to try but the felt must come ready to go. No wool sweaters around here it seems..I've looked! Argh! Adorable things to be made so I've saved this post just for that!! Wish fall lasted all year! Please tell me where I can find that gem of a place:0)
You have the best ideas Karianne!!
So many cute ideas. I love the little orange pumpkins.

KariAnne, All of these are just the best. The felted wool sweater pumpkin is to cute not to share on my Dirt Road Adventures. Look for it on Sunday.
