You know I am all about easy and fun and simple and creative ideas that look SO much more time-consuming and expensive than they are.

I love ideas like this so much that I filled an entire book with over 70 of them.

And in amazing news?

This book makes the perfect gift (Christmas and hostess gifts and birthdays and all the celebrations I’m looking at you). So today I want to walk you through the book and show you all the things and then I put some gift-giving ideas together for you to give the book.

LET’S GO (total aside—there are days when I think I should name my next book that.) 🙂

First of all—let’s start with the details of the book.

It’s the prettiest hardcover book with a blue and white cover (please act surprised) and a blue and white spine and it’s the perfect size to tuck into your purse for easy reading or give as a gift with flowers.

And in amazing news, there are decorating ideas for each of the seasons. There are DIY’s and simple projects and decor hacks and creative solutions.

Yep.

All of that for spring and summer and fall and of course—winter/Christmas.

Let’s look at some fun ways to gift “10-Minute Decorating Ideas.”

1. These boxes

I love these polka-dot boxes.

They come in a pack of 18 and they are perfect for the book, but they are also perfect for shipping, too.

And Christmas.

And birthdays.

I just shipped out some books and packed them with white crinkle filler from the dollar store. They aren’t too big and they aren’t too small. These boxes are just right for the book and a dish towel or the book and some pencils.

2. These notebooks

Here’s the book tucked into the polka dotted box.

I paired it with this blue and white geometric patterned notebook and this floral notebook.

The notebooks are tucked into the box with this set of pencils.

You could also wrap a ribbon around the book and the notebook and gift it that way, too. Then tie a pencil in the bow on the top.

3. Basket and coffee cups

I got this basket at the dollar store. It’s the perfect size for gifting. In case you don’t have one at your dollar store, I found this basket that’s super similar.

I tucked it into the basket with these navy and white dishtowels.

Look at these super cute blue and white coffee mugs that work so well with the basket, too.

4. Book Holder

I think this would make the CUTEST gift with the book.

It’s a white book holder.

Add the “10 Minute Decorating Ideas” book to the cookbook holder with a blue and white striped ribbon.

5. Book and flowers

This is the easiest idea.

I grabbed these flowers from Trader Joe’s and tied a bow around the book.

You can wrap the flowers in craft paper with a blue and white bow, too.
